Our services include the delivery of structured audience data files containing consumer contact information and behavioral intent signals, sourced from licensed third-party data providers. Our services are intended for business use only and are not directed at individual consumers.
In addition to Exact Audience, Imagine Agency LLC also operates the following brands, all of which are governed by these Terms: Site ID, BuyersDNA, Imagine Agency, AI Agency, AI Leads, Insurance Leads With AI, Media Buying GPT, Travel Deals GPT, Tennessee Database, AI Ad Buys, Plastic Surgeon Lead Gen, Current Shoppers, Elite Audience AI, Find A Lawyer, Intent Match, Connect Business, Tritek AI, and Live Buyers.
Our services and data may only be used for lawful marketing and business purposes. By accessing our services, you agree that you will not use any data provided by Exact Audience for stalking, harassment, fraud, identity theft, unlawful discrimination, or any other illegal purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing the use of consumer data, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable state privacy laws.
All clients who receive audience data from Exact Audience are required to sign a Lead Purchase Agreement prior to receiving any data. That agreement governs the specific terms of the data transaction, including permitted use, opt-out obligations, and indemnification. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Lead Purchase Agreement, the Lead Purchase Agreement shall govern.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Imagine Agency LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Audience data is sourced from third-party providers and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data file.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
